Winning team from YVR Hackathon supported by Innovate BC
The 23rd annual New Ventures BC Competition presented by Innovate BC is well underway. 178 startups moved onto Round 2 in April and today they announced the names of 16 companies that are advancing directly into Round 3 as well as 27 ventures that have been selected to pitch in Round 2.5.
Academics and companies working on projects in the areas of natural resources and applied sciences can receive up to $300,000 from Innovate BC’s Ignite program to support their research and development efforts. Applications are due by July 4.
